Introducing the Crafters Tote by Andrie Designs! This is an easy to follow sewing pattern to create a beautiful crafters tote bag to carry your latest craft project with you when out and about, while keeping everything organised and in its place! It is a ‘close to home’ pattern, inspired by a design Mama Andrie Designs made many years ago and which she continues to use, to this very day!
The Crafters Tote has a handy Tools Caddy on the front of the tote to hold all the tools and notions needed for your current project. It is available in two styles (square and curved) and has two closure options included in the pattern as well (magnetic snap and elastic loop with button).
To customise the Crafters Tote even further, instructions have also been provided on how to make a fully pieced tote, a partially pieced tote, or a simple, non-pieced tote that uses full panels of fabric for a quicker sew. Clear and concise construction techniques make this an easy and versatile sew for a variety of purposes and looks!
~ Not a fan of binding?! No worries! One of our amazing testers has created a hack to swap the binding out for piping instead! Click here to check out the Crafters Tote Binding Hack blog post for an alternative finish to your Crafters Tote! ~

A useful bag which has many options. I made the plain version (not quilted) and found it a very easy pattern to follow. I made a second caddy which I have kept for taking on holiday for my sewing kit. Very useful and a fun project.
