Mobile & Savvy Sling

Hello hello and welcome to our next pattern release for the long anticipated Mobile & Savvy Sling! This little sling bag was first released back in 2020 in an issue of the Australian crafting magazine, Homespun, and now we’re excited to finally be releasing her to you, our most amazing followers!

The Mobile & Savvy Sling features two large outer pockets, one of which is secured with a zipper and the other which is a large slip pocket. It has a full zipper closure across the top and an adjustable cross body strap as well, making it easy to wear no matter the occasion (or your outfit!).

Clear and concise construction techniques make this a quick and easy sew for gifts, market stock or simply for yourself!

This pattern comes in a standard size, and also includes step by step instructions on how to easily modify the pattern pieces to create a custom enlarged Mobile & Savvy Sling as well.

This simple yet effective custom enlarged Mobile & Savvy Sling was made by Alana from Alana Jane Designs! She added 1 1/2″ to the width for a slightly roomier bag!

Stacey from All Sewn Up by Stacey made this standard sized Mobile & Savvy Sling out of vinyl! WOW!

Last but by no means least, we have this gorgeous custom enlarged Mobile & Savvy Sling made by Belinda from Binny’s Custom Creations! She enlarged her bag by adding 1″ to the width and a glorious 4″ to the height, in order to fit her iPad in the outer slip pocket!
